Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the TaleemiMarkaz application and website.

Operator: QUALITY MINDER PTY LTD (ACN 648 476 993), a company registered in Australia ("we," "us," "our").
Service: the TaleemiMarkaz application and website ("the Service").

1. Acceptance

By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

TaleemiMarkaz is a free, mobile-first study resource that provides practice questions, worked solutions, and progress tracking to help candidates prepare for admission testing. It offers several study methods, including Visual Tutor, Quick Steps, and Formula. Content is human-reviewed and prepared in advance; the Service does not generate answers or content live while you study.

3. Independence from testing bodies

TaleemiMarkaz is an independent study resource. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any testing organisation or examining body. Names of exams and tests are used only to identify the assessments this resource helps you prepare for, and all trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

4. No guarantee of results

The Service is a preparation aid. We do not guarantee any particular exam score, admission outcome, or result. Progress figures, readiness indicators, and any projected scores are estimates based on your activity within the Service and are not predictions of your actual exam performance. Exam dates, formats, and admission requirements are set by third parties; always confirm them on the relevant official source.

5. Ownership of content

All content in the Service — including the question bank and its selection and arrangement as a compilation, worked solutions, diagrams, text, graphics, design, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Individual facts are not owned; the original expression, curation, and arrangement are.

6. Your licence to use it

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own individual, non-commercial exam preparation only.

7. What you may not do

You may not, and may not permit others to: copy, reproduce, scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract any part of the content or question bank; redistribute, publish, sell, sub-licence, or make the content available to others; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source data, credentials, or the underlying question set; use automated means to access the Service beyond ordinary personal use; use the content to build, train, or populate a competing product or dataset; or remove or obscure any ownership, copyright, or disclaimer notice.

8. Accounts and your data

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, suspend, or withdraw features at any time, and may update content as exams and requirements evolve.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for reliance on progress estimates, exam-date information, or preparation outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the Service, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
